was quick to publicly welcome the formation of Lebanon's new government but said it would
boycott Hizbullah's member in Fouad Seniora's cabinet -- Energy Minister Mohammed Fneish.

spokesman Adam Ereli welcomed the new government as a step forward in democratic reform,
but said the U.S. would not be able to engage in any contact with Fneish |
